The companies we followed

Hettabretz

We assisted the historic Bologna-based company Hettabretz in its corporate revitalization plan, accompanying the company to the successful conclusion of the indirect arrangement procedure approved in 2021.

The restructuring process allowed the workforce and all company know-how to be maintained. The year 2022 ended with largely positive results, and the company’s return to the Pitti Uomo showcase was the ideal setting to present to the market the new course initiated by brothers Enrico and Federico Bertuzzi.
